It's been a long 18 months of emotional challenges, many of us have also faced financial challenges. We've had to make the most of what the pandemic caused, including holding onto our sanity, our civility and our want (need) to shower!!!
I'm immensely grateful for my daughter and the constant inspiration she gives. She and her awesome partner found a way to forge a path of growth and joy during covid. They jumped in and created a new beginning. I'm in awe of their bravery.
It's also been amazing for me to spend more of my time painting and building my art portfolio. I've had the opportunity to connect even more with the art community and understand/appreciate the collective journey of artists. It's so awesome to see the speed of change and how incredible people (not just artists) have adapted and continue to lead us all to change and grow. But more than that, I've learned to let go of the wheel. Maybe it's just as simple as a priority shift or a change of heart, but whatever it may be......I'm GRATEFUL
